Dental HealthWay, Inc. is now implementing an international distribution strategy to substantially increase world-wide sales of DENTRUST which is currently being sold in more than 30 countries. Our objective is to build upon our substantial distribution success achieved in the U.S. We are identifying and recruiting as our partners around the world large distributors already focused on the health and beauty aids category. Dental HealthWay is looking for distributors who understand the importance of the DENTRUST opportunity and who have the experience, ability and financial resources to implement an agreed strategy. To be appointed a distributor, your firm should be a resident of the country and:

• Have distribution network in place, preferably where related health and beauty aid products are currently being sold.
• Agree with us on a comprehensive plan (developed substantially by you with our assistance) to promote, market, and distribute Dental HealthWay products through appropriate channels available in your target country.
• Have the experienced personnel and facilities to execute the plan as a warehousing distributor.
• Have adequate financing and commit it to support the implementation of the agreed plans.
• Have an aggressive sales plan and quotas for the first, second and third years of the distributorship as are appropriate, considering the population and level of spending on dental care of the country; and be willing to make a firm commitment to take the monthly quantities indicated in the sales plan.
